早期颈动脉超声对心血管病危险因素评估分析500例 被引量：2

摘要 目的早期颈动脉超声对心血管病危险因素评估。方法选用阜康市人民医院自2007年至2010年随机收治的有心血管病危险因素的患者行颈动脉B超检查。500例患者中,男性300例,女性200例,男性年龄35～65岁,平均年龄43岁;女性年龄46～68岁,平均年龄55岁。所有患者均有1～2项高危因素,高血压、糖尿病、肥胖、高脂血症、吸烟等。全部行颈动脉、椎动脉B超检查。观察1～3年。结果 60岁以上组高于60岁以下组(
