摘要
指出了中国进入低碳经济发展时代的3大标志,提出低碳能源是低碳经济的基本保证,清洁技术是低碳经济的关键环节,循环利用是低碳经济的有效方法,持续发展是低碳经济的根本方向,认为低碳是人类的责任,倡议低碳生活。
Inthis paper, the author identifies three indications marking that China has entered the lowcarbon economic development stage. This paper concludes that 1） the lowcarbon energy is the basic guarantee of lowcarbon economy, 2） the clean technologyis the keyofthe lowcarbon economy, 3） recycling is an effective way of lowcarbon economy, and 4 ） the sustainable developmentisthefundamentaldirection. Theauthoralsoadvocates low-carbon living as it falls into responsibilities of mankind.
