摘要
介绍了智能电网的发展概况,提出3G技术将成为建设智能电网的一个重要手段。着重说明中国联通在3G移动网络上的优势,从3个方面详细介绍了中国联通3G网络服务于智能电网的成功案例。最后指出中国联通要建立基于云计算的电力行业应用基础平台以最大化的服务于智能电网。
This paper firstly briefly intruduced the development of smart grids,and argued that the 3G technology could become an important tool in building smart grids.With emphasis lain on the technology advantage of China UNICOM’s 3G mobile network,it presented a detailed description of three successful cases that China Unicom＇s 3G mobile network better serves smart grids.This paper concluded that China Unicom built an application platform for electric power industry on the basis of cloud computer,so as to provide better service for smart grids.
