论设备系统的定位检修方法及在水电厂的应用

Method of Specified Position Maintenance and Its Applications in Hydropower Plant

根据设备管理现状,提出并建立了设备系统检修的新方法——定位检修方法,讨论了定位检修的的要点:准确诊断、精确定位、优化检修、恢复功能。准确诊断是基础,精确定位是关键,优化检修是主线,恢复功能是目的。论述了在水力发电企业应用的基本要求和条件。

Based on power plant management of equipment status,a new method of specified position maintenance is put forward for the equipment maintenance in the paper.The key points of orientation and overhaul are expounded,including an accurate diagnosis which is basic,precisely Locating which is the key,optimized maintenance which is the main concern,goal of recovery which is the purpose.And then the basic requirements and conditions are discussed for the application of the proposed method in the hydropower plant.
