摘要 目的:探讨PET/CT显像在肺结节性病灶的诊断与鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:47例有肺结节性病灶的患者中,男性31例,女性16例,年龄31岁~86岁。应用^(18)F-FDG行全身或局部PET/CT扫描,依据PET图像、CT图像和PET/CT融合图像及标准化摄取值(SUV)进行综合评价。结果:47例肺结节性病灶中,^(18)F-FDG放射性摄取值(SUV)≥2.5的32例,<2.5的15例。PET/CT显像诊断肺癌27例,可疑肺癌8例,良性病变12例。手术及穿刺活检后病理诊断:肺癌31例,肺结核9例,炎性假瘤6例,慢性肉芽肿1例。结论:PET/CT显像在肺结节性病灶的诊断与鉴别诊断中有较高的应用价值。 Objective: To explore the clinical application value of PET/CT images in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary nodulous lesions. Methods: 47 cases with pulmonary nodulous lesions, 31 males and 16 females, aged from 31 to 86 years old, received whole-body or local PET/CT scanning with the application of ^18F-FDG. The data of PET images, CT images, the PET/ CT fusion images and SUV were analyzed. Results : Among the 47 cases, 32 cases showed SUV ≥2.5, while 15 cases showed SUV 〈 2.5. PET/CT images suggested 27 cases of pulmonary carcinoma, 8 cases suspicious pulmonary carcinoma and 12 cases benign lesions. While the pathological study after operation or biopsy showed 31 cases of pulmonary carcinoma, 9 cases tuberculosis, 6 eases inflammatory pseudotumor and 1 case chronic granuloma. Conclusion: PET/CT image has a higher applicable value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary nodulous lesions.
