摘要
提出了在pH=8.8的H3BO3-Na2B4O7介质中用溶出计时电位法测定食品中痕量锰的新方法。锰的检出限为0.5ng/ml,相对标准偏差≤4.8%,线性范围为0.5~25ng/ml。采用本法对4份不同种类的食品样品进行了测定,结果与原子吸收法相符。
A new method of chronopotentiometricstripping analysis for determination Mn in the supporting electrolyte solution contained H3BO3Na2B4O7 was presented. The linear relationship between the stripping peak height and the concentration is in the range of 0.525ng/ml for Mn. The detection limit is down to 0.5ng/ml for Mn. The relative standard deviation is 4.8%. This method has been applied to the determination of manganese in four foods and showed satisfactory agreement with the results determined by the AAS method.
