This paper introduces modem architecture thought trend of Western ＂High Teeh＂, and discusses its origin, main features, and performance appearance, and then expounds new development tendency of Western high-tech thought trend, and finally point out that： high-tech tendency architecture thought trend has certain references for promoting contemporary domestic green and energy-saving building industry.
