微波催化氧化处理垃圾渗滤液工况研究

摘要 采用自制Fe-O/CeO2催化剂和正交设计试验方法,研究了微波催化氧化技术处理垃圾渗滤液的四个主要影响因素对COD去除率的影响,并得出处理工艺的最佳工况,结果表明:最佳处理工况为Fe-O/CeO2投加量10 g/L,H2O2投加量22.5 mL/L,微波功率800 W,微波辐射时间8 m in,此时CODC r的去除率为69%。 Applying experimental method of self-made catalyst and orthogonal design. The effect of four factors on landfill leachate treatment by microwave catalytic oxidation to removal rate of COD was studied, and the optimum processing condition was obtained. Results indicated that the optimum processing condition was: the dosage of Fe-O/CeO2 catalysts, 10 g/L, the dosage of H202 , 22.5 mL/L, microwave power, 800 W, microwave time, 8 min. In this condition, the rate of CODcr was 69%.
