摘要
结合多年供油工程项目建设工作实践经验,提出了实施阶段有待优化的管理内容,从现场工程质量控制、工程进度管理和全面成本控制等方面出发,探讨分析了业主在工程项目实施阶段的管理重点。针对工程项目现场管理问题和不足,提出了优化现场管理的主要内容,并将其运用在实际的工程项目管理中,提高了工程管理质量和效率。
Integrating with many years' practical construction experience in petroleum supply engineering project, this paper holds that management content is to be awaited to optimize at implementation phase. Starting from aspects of site engineering quality control, engineering schedule management and total cost control etc. , it discusses the management points for project owners at engineering project implementation phase. In light of problems and shortcomings of engineering project site management, it puts forward main content for optimizing site management, and ap- plies it into actual engineering project management, finally improves the engineering management quality and efficiency.
