摘要
针对目前现场签证管理中存在的各种问题进行了分析,探讨了如何有效完善和控制现场签证,并提出了施工现场签证管理应注意的事项,以指导建设方合理协调各方关系,使各方责权利明晰,从而保证工程建设正常进行。
This thesis analyzes various problems existing in current site visa, explores how to effectively perfect and control site visa, and puts forward matters needing attention in construction site visa signing and visa management, with a view to guide construction unit to reasonably coordinate various relations, and to make each part clarify their own responsibilities and rights, and to ensure the smooth operation of the engineering construction.
