Taking the engineering cases as the background, the paper analyzes the quality diseases of the social security houses, points out the effective methods for solving the engineering quality diseases, undertakes the house-by-house acceptance for the residential projects by implementing the new standard and measure for engineering quality check, so as to promote the engineering quality of the social security houses.
