针对目前建设工程领域存在的问题,提出招标工作要与工程造价联动监管,并阐述了几点具体的做法,以期规范建筑市场运行秩序,真正达到公平、公正、公开的招投标运作目标,实现建设领域的优化运行。

In light of current problems existing in construction engineering area, this thesis puts forward integrated supervision for bidding work and engineering cost, and expounds several specific methods, with a view to normalize construction market running order, to really achieve fair, equitable, and public bidding operation target, and to realize optimization operation of construction area.
