摘要
本文运用先进的处理方法,研究了新型功能性保健饮料──豆渣纤维饮料的生产工艺,并对影响产品品质的几个主要因素进行了探讨,提出了生产豆渣饮料的最佳条件。
Using advanced metheds of treatment, this paper researched the procaseing of fiber beveqe of bean residue, a new kind dietary food. A few main factors affecting quality of pdriuct were discussed. The good conditions producing fiber beverage of bean residue were advanced.
