摘要
利用DTA、XRD、SEM等手段,对以碎钠钙玻璃为主要原料添加一定量的高软化点易析晶玻璃及少量其他添加剂,用粉末法烧结微晶玻璃进行了研究,并测试了部分性能。结果表明适当比例高软化点易析晶玻璃粉末可以改善碎玻璃的烧结及析晶性能,同时能显著提高硬度及抗冲击强度等机械性能。
The preparation of glassceramics from waste cullet and crystallizable glass by sintering process is studied by DTA XRD SEM.Some properties such as chemical durability and microhardness are tested. The results show that the proper addition of crystallizable glass can improve the sintering and crystallization ability and some other properties.
