摘要
运用化学诱变法从高产甘油的工业生产菌株产甘油假丝酵母（Ｃａｎｄｉｄａｇｌｙｃｅｒｏｌｇｅｎｅｓｉｓ）ＷＬ２００２－５（Ｈ－）筛选获得两类酸性磷酸酯酶突变株．一类为阻遏型酸性磷酸酯酶缺失突变株；另一类为对磷调节不敏感的部分去阻遏调节突变株。
One specie mutants defective of repressible acid phosphatase and the other specie mutant of depressible acid phosphatase was obtained from Candida glycerolgenesis Zhuge (H-), using chemical mutagenesis. And their fermentation properties were studied.
