摘要
介绍了臭氧(O3)的特性及适合于瓶、桶装水的臭氧工艺,对O3在饮用水生产中的控制形式进行了阐述,以期生产出口感好、贮存期长的产品。
The characteristics of ozone and the ozone technology applying to bottled and barreled water are introduced,and the controlling modes of ozone in the production of drinking water described with a view of making products with nice mouthfeel and long shelflife.
