摘要
以玉米为原料,开发研制具有独特焦香风味的谷物饮料。主要介绍了玉米茶的生产工艺,另外还讨论了对玉米茶口感和感观有影响的因素。
A cereal drink with unique burnt flavour is developed with corn as the main material.In this paper,the production technology concerned is described,and the factors influencing its mouthfeel and appearance studied.\=
