脂肪肝超声分度对临床指导意义

目的应用超声对脂肪肝进行分度,以便临床医生对不同阶段进行不同治疗与指导。方法分析体检中心2009年3月～2010年3月间共诊断脂肪肝2973例患者超声声像图的表现利用《临床超声影像学》脂肪肝分类标准进行分度。结果本组脂肪肝检出率14.6%,其中,男性2492例,占83.8%,女性481例,占16.2%,35岁以下546例,占18.4%。结论超声检查经济简便、准确无误、重复性好、无创性。应用超声检查是诊断脂肪肝的首选方法。

Objective The ultrasonic degree of fatty liver were divided to clinicians of different treatment for different stages and guidance.Methods To analyze medical center from March 2009 to March 2010 among 2,973 cases were diagnosed in patients with fatty liver ultrasound images of the performance of using the ＂clinical ultrasound imaging,＂ fatty liver classifi cation standard indexing.Results The detection rate of 14.6 percent fatty liver,in which 2492 cases of men,accounting for 83.8 percent,female 481 cases,16.2% under the age of 35,546 cases,accounting for 18.4 percent.Conclusion Ultrasound has the economic and simple,accurate,reproducible and non-invasive,ultrasound examination is the preferred method for diagnosis of fatty liver.
