术前口服非那雄胺在TURP治疗BPH中的临床效果观察

目的探讨术前口服非那雄胺在TURP治疗BPH中的临床效果。方法选择需行TURP治疗的BPH患者120例,随机均分为A组与B组,A组采用单纯TURP常规治疗,B组采用术前口服非那雄胺联合TURP治疗,比较两组术中出血量、膀胱冲洗液量、手术时间、术后出血量及3月后各组患者前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、膀胱残余尿(PUV)情况。结果 B组临床效果好于A组临床效果,在术中及术后各方面比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TURP术前口服非那雄胺治疗BPH,可明显改善术中手术效果,减少术后出血,提高患者愈后及生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Preoperative oral Finasteride in treatment of BPH by TURP.Methods Collect 120 patients with BPH,they were divided into A group and B group randomly,A group was treated by simple conventional TURP,B group was treated by Finasteride combined with TURP.Comparing blood loss,bladder irrigation fluid volume,operation time,postoperative bleeding and IPSS、QOL、PUV after 3 mouths.Results B group’s clinical effect was better than A group’s,there was a significant statistical significance（P〈0.05） in above-mentioned aspects of intraoperative and postoperative.Conclusion Preoperative oral Finasteride in treatment of BPH by TURP, it could improve intraoperative effects and reduce postoperative bleeding obviously,it could increase the patients’ prognosis and quality of life.
