我国灾害救援护士培养的思考和探讨

结合目前我国灾害护理的实际情况,探讨灾害护理中救援护士的培养问题,在全社会的支持下,建立统一高效的灾害救援培训指挥机构,按照相关程序培养并认证灾害救援护士,从而进一步提高医疗机构对灾害的应对能力,最大程度的挽救生命,提高生存质量。

The contert of the current actual situatian of disaster care,and explore nursing in disaster relief training of nurses,hoping to get the support of relevant policies,to establish a unifi ed and effi cient disaster relief command of training institutions,in accordance with relevant procedures of disaster relief training and certifi cation of nurses,thereby further improve the medical response to disasters when the treatment capacity to the greatest degree of saving lives,improving quality of life.
