抗真菌类药物治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的用药分析

目的调查分析抗真菌药物用于治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法采集2007年1～12月全年门诊处方,筛选出其中用于治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的处方进行统计分析。结果 (1)治疗念珠菌性阴道炎所用的药物主要有抗生素类和唑类抗真菌药两大类,除了氟康唑为口服外,其余均为外用剂型;(2)用于治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的药物处方为1090张,占全部处方总数的15.79%。在治疗念珠菌性阴道炎处方中排前5位的药物依次为硝酸咪康唑、制霉菌素阴道泡腾片、氟康唑、克霉唑栓、克霉唑阴道片;(3)外用剂型在治疗念珠菌性阴道炎时,由于患者的依从性不佳,易产生耐受性。口服氟康唑联合阴道给药治疗,可以提高临床治愈率。结论上海青浦区妇幼保健所门诊治疗念珠菌性阴道炎用药基本合理。

Objective To survey and analyze of hospital the anti-fungal drug for the treatment of Candida vaginitis use of reference for the provision of clinical rational drug use.Methods Hospital gathers in January 2007 to December as a whole out-patient prescription;which selected for the treatment of Candida vaginitis prescription for statistical analysis.Results 1;The hospital treating Candida vaginitis drugs are antibiotics and Azole antifungal agents;in addition to oral fluconazole;the other forms of external use;2;For the treatment of Candida vaginitis drug prescriptions were 1090;accounting for 15.79% of total prescriptions;clinical application of relatively high in the treatment of Candida vaginitis prescription in the top 5 were drug miconazole nitrate;nystatin vaginal effervescent tablets;fluconazole;clotrimazole suppositories;clotrimazole vaginal tablets;3;Formulations for external use in the treatment of Candida vaginitis;because of Patients with poor compliance;easily tolerated.Conclusion Antifungal agents in our hospital out-patient treatment of the basic Candida vaginitis reasonable.
