摘要
三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)泡沫材料是一种综合性能优异的新型功能材料,其常规制备过程复杂,需要加入大量配合剂,难以获得均匀、细小的泡孔结构。本研究提出一种新的制备方法,即采用辐射化学法,以炭黑为补强填料,在室温下对三元乙丙橡胶胶料进行辐射硫化,再模压发泡,制备炭黑填充型三元乙丙橡胶泡沫材料,并分析产物的微观结构和相关性能。研究结果表明,辐射化学法EPDM泡沫材料的泡孔分布均匀,平均胞体孔径仅为16μm,拉伸强度高达1.7MPa。
Ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM) foam is a new functional materials with excellent comprehensive properties,whose conventional preparation process was very complicated and needed large amount of complexing agent so that it was hard to obtain uniform and small cell.Radiation chemical method as a new method of preparation of EPDM foam was presented,in which carbon black was used as reinforcing packing,EPDM compound was vulcanizated at room temperature and then the molding foaming was performed to prepare EPDM foam filled with carbon black,and their microstructure and performance were analyzed.The resulted showed that bubbles of the product distributed equably,the average diameter of cell bodies was only 16μm,and the tensile strength reached to 1.7MPa.
