摘要
采用水相沉淀聚合法分两次加料制备了丙烯腈/丙烯酸甲酯(AN/MA摩尔比为85/15)共聚物(以后简称为AN/MA(85/15)),并在共聚物中加入0%~10%的离子液体([emim]PF6)。采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和熔体流动指数测试仪(MI)等测定了加入[emim]PF6前后共聚物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),热稳定性和熔体流动性能。结果表明,[emim]PF6的加入对共聚物的Tg影响不大,共聚物的热稳定性和共聚物的熔体流动性随[emim]PF6含量的增加有显著的提高。将含有[emi m]PF6的AN/MA共聚物在200℃下熔融纺丝,熔纺法制备的初生纤维表面光滑,结构致密;但[emim]PF6的加入使初生纤维的断裂强度下降,断裂伸长率减小。
Acrylonitrile(AN)/methyl acrylate(MA) copolymer(AN/MA molar ratio 85/15) was synthesized by aqueous redox initiated polymerization in twice feeding way.0%~10% ionic liquid PF6 was added into the copolymer system.Glass transition temperatures(Tg),thermal stability and melt flowability of the samples were determined by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),melting index(MI) and so on.The results showed that Tg of the copolymer was not affected extremely by PF6,the thermal stability and the melt flowability were improved significantly with the increase of PF6 content.The copolymers containing PF6 were melt spun at 200℃.The surface of as-spun fiber was smooth and the structure was compact.But The tensile strength and elongation of as-spun fibers decreased because of the addition of PF6.
