摘要
六西格玛管理是以数据为基础追求高质量的一种先进管理技术。本工作运用六西格玛管理分析乙烯装置碱洗塔在两种腐蚀介质共同作用下的安全性问题。通过对H2S浓度、碱浓度以及温度等主要影响因素进行分析,给出碱洗设备在两种腐蚀介质共同作用下安全运行的必要条件,为碱洗设备的安全运行提供参考。
Six sigma management is a kind of advanced management technique to obtain the perfect quality and was used to analyze the security of caustic tower of ethylene unit under the joint action of two kinds of corrosion media.The main affecting factors such as H2S concentration,caustic concentration and temperature were analyzed,and the necessary condition was given for caustic wash equipment for safe operation under the joint action of two kinds of corrosion media.
