摘要
设计和建立了一套超临界萃取试验装置,实现了用超临界CO2萃取洋葱油的实验,着重研究了萃取压力、温度和时间等重要参数对萃取率的影响。
An apparatus for supercritical extraction was established in which onion oil was extracted from onion with supercritical CO2.The influences of pressure,temperature,time,on the extraction yield of onion oil were researched.
