介绍了不同塑料包装材料吸收食品风味物质的测定方法、影响因素、作用机理以及风味物质对塑料聚合物特性的改变。
The experimental design and analytical method that are used to study flavor changes in plastic package are generalized and also the factors and machanisms that determine the flavor amounts absorbed/adsorbed by plastic.The property changes of plastic polymers induced by absorbing flavor substanses are also briefly introduced.
