摘要
研究了饲料中锌的２羧基２’羟基５’磺基甲肼基苯直接快速光度测定法。取硝化后的样品溶液直接进行锌的测定，不需反复萃取及分离杂质。锌量在０～２０μｇ／１０ｍｌ范围内具有直线关系。样品加标回收率在９６％～１０１％之间。
A rapid and direct method for
spectrophotometric determination of zinc in feed with 2carboxy2hydroxy5sulfoformazylbenzene
was studied.Zinc was directly determined in sample solution without solvent extraction or
interference seperation.The linear range of zinc was 020 g/10 ml and the recovery of standard
addition was from 96% to 101%.
