摘要
对喷油抑尘设备的结构、工作原理进行了论述，研究了其在正常工作条件下各工作点的工作参数和影响因素。并通过在粮食储运现场实地喷施，检验了喷油抑尘设备的工作稳定性能、白色矿物油的防尘效果及抑尘剂的使用对谷物储藏期间脂肪酸值变化的影响。研究结果表明：本课题研制的喷油抑尘设备具有良好的工作稳定性能，能同各类大、中、小型粮食输送设备配套使用，并满足实践提出的各项工艺要求；用白色矿物油作为抑尘剂进行喷施，能使粮食中的粉尘得到有效抑制。
The structure and mechanism of oil spraying equipment for dust suppression was analyzed. The technical data in normal condition was researched. By spraying white mineral oil of food degree to corn in grain conveyer, the performance stability of the equipment, the dedusting effect of white mineral oil and the change of fatty acid value in corn sprayed during storage was studied. The result indicated that the Oil spraying equipment and had desirable performance stability, and can match grain conveyers of different output. White mineral oil of food degree can effectively suppress the dust in corn. The fatty acid value in corn sprayed had no obuious change compared with the control.
