摘要
对香果的果仁油及壳油进行了详细的研究,并对仁油及壳油进行了动物试验。结果表明:仁中脂肪含量达64%,粗蛋白为34%(粕),油中月桂酸含量达66%;壳中脂肪47%,粗蛋白13%(粕),油中油酸达54%,其它脂肪酸组成也较合理。动物试验表明:香果的果壳油及仁油有较好的抗炎症效用。
The paper dealt with the kernels and hulls of Lindera Communis Hemsl.Animal experiments were done with the kernel oils and hull oils.The kernel and hull contained 64% and 47% oil,3.4% and 1.3% protein in meal respectively.The 120 in the kernel oil was 66%,and the 181 in the hull oil was 54%.The results suggested that the kernel and hull oils of Lindera Communis Hemsl be effectively antiinflamable.
