摘要
采用低成本的单片机作为控制系统，研制出一套用于粮食加工过程中着水装置的智能监控系统。该系统能即时显示设备在加工过程中所处的状态，实现工艺参数的实时反馈与控制，从而提高粮食加工的质量。
An intelligent monitored control system,which apply the low-priced single chip microcomputer,is studied for the dipping water equipment using in the grain processing enterprises.This control device can show the statement of the equipment in the working process timely,and can realize real-time feedback and control on the parameter of the technology,and so guarantee the processing quality of the grain.The study of this system offers a foundation for the deep development of the mechanical-electric product in the grain processing procedure.
