摘要
综述了大豆预处理工艺及操作条件对油脂生产效果的影响。采用对大豆脱皮、对豆胚进行湿热处理和挤压膨化的预处理工艺,并采用适当的操作条件,可以提高油脂产品及其副产品的质量,并降低能耗和溶剂消耗。
The influencesof soybean pretreatment technology and
processing conditions on the result of oil and fat production were related in this paper.The
qualities of oil and fat products and byproducts were improved by pretreatment technology of
soybean decoration,wet heat treating soybean embryo,and squeezing and swelling,at the same
time,the consumption of energy and solvent was reduced.Therefore,it is a developmental
tendency for pretreatment technology in soybean oil and fat production in the future.
