高效液相色谱法测定马铃薯中α─茄碱含量 被引量:13

摘要 应用乙腈-磷酸二氢钾(75:25,V/V)为流动相,在YWG-C18反相柱上采用外标法测定了马铃薯中不同部位上α─茄碱含量,方法快速、简便,重现性好。α─茄碱检测线性范围为0.1~1.0mg/ml,r=0.9994,平均回收率为91.5%,变异系数为3.84%。 A simple.rapid and accurate quantitative method was established for the determination of α-solanine inpotato by High-performance in potato were extracted with TFA-H2O-CH3CN-HACI50:30:20: 1,(V/V)]solution.Separation was obtained by using YWG C18 column (4.6mmi.d.x25mm,5 μ m) and mobile phase ofacctomitrile-0.02mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (75:25.V/V) with fowl rate of 0.7ml/min.The eluates weremonitored with UV/VIS detector at 208nm.The retention time for α-solanine was 4.27min.The calibration curve waslinear in the range of 0.05~1.00mg/ml with r=0.9994.The average recovery tar α-solanine was 91 .5% with acoefficient of variation of 3 .84%.The content of α-solanine in potato from different areas was also determined.
