介绍了利用冰蓄冷低温送风空调系统，在分时计费的电价结构下，其运行费用要比常规制冷空调低得多，提高了系统的性能系数。
The article introduces the ice storage and cold airdistribution air-conditioning system . The actual times when thedifferent rate periods are in effect will vary for a given utilityand season, under which the operating cost of ice storage andcold air distribution air-conditioning system is much than that of conwntional system. As a result, the coceffcientis improved.
