摘要
目的:探讨鼻内镜手术治疗儿童及青少年人慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:对79例进行鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的儿童及青少年患者随访6个月～2年。结果:79例儿童及青少年患者中,鼻塞、脓涕、头痛等症状消失者64例(81.0%),鼻部症状明显减轻或改善者12例(15.2%),无效3例(3.8%),总有效率96.2%。结论:儿童及青少年慢性鼻窦炎经保守治疗无效时行鼻内镜手术疗效满意。
Objective：To study the curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery（ESS） in chronic nasosinusitis of adolescent.Methods： The clinical data of 79cases subjected to ESS from 2004 to 2006 were retrospectively analyzed.Results： The curative rate was 81%（64cases）,12 cases（15.2%）were improved while other 3 cases（3.8%）were of no effect.the total effective rate of ESS was 96.2%. Conclusions： ESS is an effective method in the cure of chronic sinusitis of adolescent.
