乳腺导管内窥镜在乳头溢液诊断中的临床应用

Aapplication of Fiberoptic Ductoscopy in Diagnosiing and Treating Nipple Discharge

目的:了解乳管镜在乳头溢液患者中的诊治意义。方法:回顾性总结在我院进行的201例乳头溢液患者的检查、治疗,并对检查及治疗的结果进行分析。结果:201例乳头溢液患者中,乳管扩张症者76例,导管内乳头状瘤者85例,导管内乳头状瘤病6例,导管内癌2例,乳腺癌3例,导管炎症20例,其他9例。乳腺导管镜检查报告与术后病理的诊断符合率为92.38%。结论:对乳头溢液的患者而言,乳管镜检查能有其直观性、术前定位准确。避免了手术的盲目性和手术范围的过大,是一项安全、经济、有效的检查治疗方法。为乳腺疾病的早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗提供了一种新的有效的手段。

Objective：To understand the breast duct endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with nipple discharge significance .Methods：We summarizedin our hospital carried out 201 cases of patients withnipple discharge examination treatment ,and examination and treatment were analyzed.Results ：201 cases of patients with nipple discharge ,ductal dilatationin 76 cases of intraductal papilloma were 85 cases,6 cases of intraductal papillomatosis ,intraductal carcinomain 2 cases,breast cancer in 3 cases,20 cases of ductal inflammation the other 9 cases .Breast duct endoscopyreports and postoperative pathological diagnosis rate of 93.33 %.Conclusion：The nipple discharge of patients ,breast duct endoscopyto have theintuitive ,preoperative accurate positioning.Avoid the blindness of surgery and surgical scope is toolarge ,is a safe ,economical and effective examination and treatment methods ;for the early detection of breast disease ,early diagnosis ,earlytreatment offers a new and effective means .
