Leukemia and Thtombohemorrhagic Syndrome

白血病存在较高的血栓与出血危险性,恶性血液病中血栓的发生率与实体肿瘤相当或更高。近来一些研究表明,白血病细胞膜表面出凝血相关蛋白表达可能决定白血病细胞表面的止血平衡,与血栓出血综合征的发生有密切联系。

Patients with acute leukemia are at increased risk forth rombotic and hemorrhagic complications.The incidence of thombosis in malignant hematologic disorders is as high or even higher than in solid tumors.Several reports show that the expression of coagulation proteins on blast membrane could determine the hemostatic balance on the surface of leukemia cells and may correlate with thombohemorrhagic syndrome（THS）.
