摘要
讨论了产品返回依赖于需求且返回品需经过检测方能再销售时最优的检测人数.假设在每个周期上供应商面临确定性需求,产品只能在当前购买周期内被返回,产品的市场逗留时间和返回品检测时间都服从指数分布,检测人员会根据返回品在仓库里的积压情况自动调整检测速度的情况下,选取检测人数n为库存控制策略,利用有限源排队理论建立了成本控制模型.问题是确定最优的n~*,使得在一个有限的周期内系统不可能达到稳态的情况下期望总成本最小.
This paper discusses the optimal allocation of checkers when the product returns and demands are dependent,and the returned products must be checked before reselling.Supposing that the demands on every period are definite,the products can only be sent back during current period,the sojourn time of the products in the market and check time of the returned products both are exponentially distributed, the checkers will automatically adjust the checking speed according to the number of return products in the system,we take the number of checkers n as the inventory control policy,and establish a costs control model by using finite source queuing theory.The problem is to determine the optimal n~*,such that the expected total costs are minimized when the system can't reach steady state in a finite period.
