摘要
以ISO9004标准为基础,建立了质量绩效评价模型.根据评价模型的多层次多指标结构特征以及评价信息的不确定性特点,将D-S证据合成理论应用于质量绩效评价系统,利用模糊评判和群组决策方法处理评价过程中的不确定信息和未知信息,给出了D-S证据合成中mass函数的确定方法,并将一种改进的D-S证据合成方法应用于多专家、多指标的信息合成,从而建立了不确定条件下的质量绩效测量和评价方法.最后,通过实例应用对上述方法的实用性和有效性进行了说明.
A quality performance(QP) assessment model and indicators based on ISO9004 standard are set up.Aimed at the characteristics of multi-levels,multi-indicators and the uncertainty of information in QP assessment,the evidential reasoning(ER) approach based on D-S theory is applied to QP assessment, the uncertain or unknown information in QP assessment are dealt with by using of the methods of fuzzy comprehensive judgment and group decision technique,and the computing methods of mass function are presented.A revised ER approach based on D-S theory in multiple-attribute decision-making under uncertainty is applied to the synthesizing of multi-experts and multi-indicators.Then a valid technique is established for the measurement and assessment of QP under uncertainty.Finally,a case is discussed to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.
