桉树枝瘿姬小蜂危害对桉树缩合单宁含量的影响 被引量:14

摘要 为了评估桉树枝瘿姬小蜂产卵对桉树缩合单宁含量的影响,对8个桉树主要栽培无性系幼树单株单梢低虫口接种桉树枝瘿姬小蜂,诱导桉树生化反应,测定了接种前后桉树叶片、叶柄、嫩茎缩合单宁的含量。结果表明:桉树叶片缩合单宁含量明显高于叶柄和嫩茎(p<0.01);接种前,感虫无性系与抗虫无性系叶片缩合单宁含量差异显著(p<0.05),或极显著(p<0.01);比较接种前后,叶片缩合单宁含量大幅度升高(p<0.01),叶柄和嫩茎含量变化均不显著;接种后,感虫无性系与抗虫无性系叶片缩合单宁含量差异不显著(p<0.05)。 For determining the effect of the oviposition behavior of Leptocybe invasa on the condensed tannin of Eucalyptus,8 of the main cultivated Eucalyptus clones in China were inoculated with 10 female adults of Leptocybe invasa by on each shoot of each tree to induce the biochemical responses in Eucalyptus.The contents of condensed tannin in leaves,petioles and tender stems were tested pre-and post-inoculation.The result showed that the relative contents of condensed tanin in leaves were significantly higher than that in petioles and young stems(p0.01),the relative contents in the leaves increased significantly after the inoculation(p0.01),but the changes in petioles and young stems were not significant.The content differences in leaves of the susceptible clone and the resistant clones were significant(p0.05),or highly significant(p0.01) before inoculation,but the content differences of condensed tannin in leaves between the susceptible clone and resistant clones were not significant after inoculation.
