Mechanical property prediction of composite container flooring and finite element analysis

摘要 运用经典层合板理论和一阶剪切变形理论预测了单板-定向刨花板复合集装箱底板的有效弹性模量、跨中正应力和挠度,并将预测结果与有限单元法所得的结果进行了比较。用有限单元法对3种不同厚度木单板复合的集装箱底板的弯曲性能进行了分析。结果表明,理论预测与有限元分析结果基本相符;采用较大厚度比的单板不但可有效提高复合集装箱底板整体的刚度性能,而且可显著减小结构中的正应力。 Classical laminated plate theory(CLPT)and the first-order shearing deformation theory(FSDT)were used for predicting the effective modulus of elasticity,stress and deflection of the beam in mid-span for oriented strand board-veneer composite container flooring(OSBVCCF).They were compared with the results by the finite element method(FEM).FEM also analyzed the bending properties of the container flooring for three different thickness of wood veneer.The results demonstrated that theoretical predictions matched with the results of FEM.The larger thickness ratio of veneer composite container flooring will not only effectively improve the overall performance of stiffness but also reduce the normal stress in the structure significantly.
