商品苦参中根茎药用情况调查

Investigation on the condition of medical use of rootstock of the commodity Kushen

目的:了解商品苦参根茎的实际药用情况。方法:从药材公司、药材市场和中药店收集商品苦参样品,鉴定其药用部分,并通过馆藏药材标本调查,了解商品苦参药用部分的组成。结果与结论:苦参根茎长期以来一直被当作苦参根药用。商品苦参根与根茎并存,根茎已是主要来源。

Objective：To find out the actual condition that the rootstock of commodity Kushen is for the medical use.Methods：We have gathered the Kushen samples from the crude drug companies,from the crude drug markets and from Chinese traditional medical stores and have made identification of the medical part of Kushen.In addition,we investigated the components of the medical parts of the commodity Kushen specimens in the Museum of Materia Medica.Result and conclusion： The rootstock of Sophora flavescens has been long used for medication.Rootstocks and roots of Kushen coexist in commercial drug,and the rootstocks are already the main source.
