摘要
目的:建立联苯双酯晶型的测定方法,并对国内联苯双酯原料的晶型进行考察。方法:利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定联苯双酯的晶型,考察在氮气氛下升温速率的影响。结果:国内不同生产企业生产的联苯双酯原料晶型不同,存在A晶型、B晶型和混合晶型。结论:该分析方法简便、快捷,可有效的控制联苯双酯的晶型。
Objective:To establish the methods for determination of bifendate polymorphism,and to determine the bifendate materials produced in China.Method:differentical scanning calorimetry(DSC)are used for determination bifendate polymorphism,and to study the inflence of increasing temperature under the atomosphere of nitrogen.Results:The crystalline forms of bifendate material made in China are differenet.There are form A,form B and compound form A and form B.Conclusion:DSC method is simple,rapid and can be applied to the control of bifendate polymorphism.
