DSC determination of bifendate polymorphism

目的:建立联苯双酯晶型的测定方法,并对国内联苯双酯原料的晶型进行考察。方法:利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定联苯双酯的晶型,考察在氮气氛下升温速率的影响。结果:国内不同生产企业生产的联苯双酯原料晶型不同,存在A晶型、B晶型和混合晶型。结论:该分析方法简便、快捷,可有效的控制联苯双酯的晶型。

Objective：To establish the methods for determination of bifendate polymorphism,and to determine the bifendate materials produced in China.Method：differentical scanning calorimetry（DSC）are used for determination bifendate polymorphism,and to study the inflence of increasing temperature under the atomosphere of nitrogen.Results：The crystalline forms of bifendate material made in China are differenet.There are form A,form B and compound form A and form B.Conclusion：DSC method is simple,rapid and can be applied to the control of bifendate polymorphism.
