摘要
目的:建立测定四季青片中山奈素含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,CAPCELL PAK C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(65∶35),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为366nm。结果:山奈素在0～0.3752μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=8);平均回收率为98.48%,RSD为2.66%(n=6)。结论:方法准确、操作简便,重复性好,可用于四季青片的质量控制。
Objective：To establish a method for determination of kaempferol in Sijiqing Tablets.Method：The HPLC system consisted of CAPCELL PAK C18（5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm） column,mobile phase of menthol-0.1% phosphoric,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1,the detection wavelength was at 366 nm,the column temperature was room temperature,with sample size 10 μL.Result：kaempferol has a good linearity at the rang of 0-0.3752 μg,r=0.9999（n=8）,the equation of linear regression was Y=4.167856×106X-1.2642×104,r=0.9999,the average recovery was 98.48% with RSD 2.66% （n=6）.Conclusion：The method can be used to control the quality of Sijiqing tablets,which provides the advantage of quickness,simplicity and repeatability.
