7种常用中药制剂中金银花与山银花的应用初探

Application research of Lonicerae japonicae flos and Lonicerae flos in seven preparations

(1.黑龙江省食品药品检验检测所,哈尔滨150001;2.黑龙江中医药大学,哈尔滨150040)摘要目的:建立TLC法对金银花和山银花药材进行鉴别,同时考察7种常用中药制剂中金银花药材的投料情况。方法:采用HPLC法研究确定了灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙为山银花药材的特有成分,采用TLC法对金银花药材和山银花药材进行区别。同时采用TLC法对7种常用中药制剂中金银花药材的使用情况进行探讨。结果:在双黄连注射液中6个厂家所使用的药材均为金银花,而在6种口服制剂中投料所用药材均含有山银花。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确,能够判断处方含金银花的中药制剂中金银花药材的投料应用情况。

Objective：To Establish a TLC method to differentiate Lonicerae japonicae flos and Lonicerae flos;and examine the proportion of Lonicerae japonicae flos in seven preparations of commonly used Traditional Chinese medicines.Methods：Using a HPLC method for ensuring that the macranthoidin B was the distinctive element of Lonicerae flos;and then a TLC method was designed for distinguishing the Lonicerae japonicae flos and the Lonicerae flos.Meanwhile,a TLC method was carried out for exploring the using mode of Lonicerae japonicae flos in seven commonly used traditional Chinese medicines.Results：Lonicerae japonicae flos are used in the Shuanghuanglian Injection of six manufacturers and Lonicerae flos are used in six oral preparations.Conclusion：The methods are simple,accurate,and can determine the application proportions of Lonicerae japonicae flos in the traditional Chinese medicine.
