十两茶提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响

Effects of the extract of Shiliangcha on immune function in mice

目的:观察十两茶提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:利用昆明种小鼠模型,设立不同剂量的十两茶提取物给药组以及对照组,分别在给药后的第7、14和28d检测小鼠血清中补体成分含量、相关细胞因子含量以及免疫球蛋白含量,检测腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,检测T细胞、B细胞增殖活性,检测NK细胞的数量及杀伤活性,并做T细胞亚群分析。结果:给药后14d,给药组小鼠脾脏中NK细胞的数量下调,但其细胞杀伤活性没有受到影响;给药后28d,给药组小鼠NK细胞的杀伤活性显著高于对照组;而血清补体含量、IgG含量、细胞因子含量以及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,T、B细胞增殖活性以及CD4+T细胞/CD8+T细胞比值等指标的差别没有统计学意义。结论:十两茶提取物可显著促进小鼠NK细胞的杀伤活性,在短期内对小鼠的适应性免疫功能没有明显影响。

Objective：To observe the effects of the extract of Shiliangcha on immune function in mice.Methods：Kunming mouse model were fed to establish different doses of Shiliangcha extract group as well as control group.After administration,on day 7,14 and 28,detection of C3,IgG and related cytokines in the serum were performed.We also analysis the activity of peritoneal macrophages,the ability of T/B cell proliferation,the number and cytotoxic activity of NK cells and the subsets of T cells.Results：The extract of Shiliangcha can significantly promote the NK cell killing activity.But the levels of serum C3,IgG and cytokines as well as macrophage activity,T/B cell proliferation and CD4 ^＋ /CD8^ ＋ T-cell ratio were no significant impacted by the extract of Shiliangcha on day 28.ConclusionThe extract of Shiliangcha can significantly enhance the killing activity;But it has no significant effect on adaptive immune function in mice in short term.
