Biological Technique and Micro-breeding of Tree in Test Tube

摘要 本文对生物技术在林木遗传育种方面的应用潜力、现状和前景进行了分析,论述了林木试管微型选育系统的一般原理及各主要方面。 The test tube micro--selection and breeding fo tree is a new typeof genetic breeding system for tree selection, introduction, breeding andreproduction. Beside utilizing natural variation .and variations created bynormal breeding, it can create new genetic variations by ways of monop-loid cultivation, protoplast cultivation and cell hybridization, clone varia-tions of vegetative cell and gamete, rejuvenation through detoxication,genetic engineering etc. In this system, it is quite easy to design micro-environmental conditions to test genetic properties of tree with high selec-tive efficiency, The super-early quick measurement of tree properties isalso convenient. The micro-reproduction technique has been widely used intree genetic ameliorization. The system will play an important role .inconservation and exchange of tree species resources.
