腹腔穿刺术诊断52例急腹症在临床探讨

Abdominal paracentesis in diagnosis of acute abdominal disease

目的:探讨腹腔穿刺术在常见急腹症中的临床应用。方法:回顾分析2005年2月-2008年9月余姚市梁弄中心卫生院52例腹腔穿刺术阳性结果的临床资料。结果:腹腔阳性率为86.5%,阴性率为13.5%,假阳性率为2.2%,假阴性为28.6%。结论:腹腔穿刺术简便、安全、迅速、易于掌握,是急腹症早期诊断的可靠方法之一。

Objective To discuss the clinical application of abdominal paracentesis to diagnosis of acute abdominal disease.Method 52 cases treated from February 2005 to September 2008 in Liangnong Central Hospital of abdominal paracentesis were reviewed.Results The positive rate of abdominal paracentesis was 86.5%,the negative rate 13.5%,the false positive rate 2.2%,the false negative rate 28.6%.Conclusion Abdominal paracentesis is simple,safe,rapid and easy to grasp,which is significant to the diagnosis of acute abdominal disease.
