三阴乳腺癌临床特点及治疗进展 被引量：2

Clinical Features and Treatment Progress in Triple-negative Breast Cancer

摘要 三阴乳腺癌是具有特殊生物学及临床病理学特征的乳腺癌亚型,以ER/PR/HER-2阴性为主要特征。该型乳腺癌组织学分级较高,侵袭性强,且多为导管癌,由于缺乏相应的靶向治疗,预后较其它亚型乳腺癌差。研究表明,三阴乳腺癌在分子表达上与Basal-like乳腺癌和BRCA1相关性乳腺癌具有一定相关性。PARP旁路阻滞剂和抗血管生成药物显示出一定的有效性。近些年来,三阴乳腺癌正得到国际肿瘤学界越来越多的关注,文章将就近年来关于三阴乳腺癌的最新研究进展和治疗方法予以综述。
