摘要
混合性结缔组织病（MCTD）是一种包括系统性红斑狼疮、系统性硬化症、多发性肌炎和类风湿性关节炎特点的综合征，并伴有血清高滴度的抗核糖核蛋白fRNP）抗体。而业已证实，85％的MCTD患者可有肺部受累的依据。现笔者对近年来收治的MCTD患者肺部病变的临床表现作一回顾性分析，以期探讨本病患者出现肺部损害的特点，将结果报道如下。
