老年糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白／肌酐相关因素的研究

摘要 研究表明，全世界因慢性肾功能衰竭而进入透析的患者数目正在急剧增长，而2型糖尿病（T2DM）是引起老年人肾功能损伤的常见疾病。尿微量白蛋白（MA）是指尿中自蛋白的量呈亚临床升高，不仅能反映肾脏结构与功能的早期轻度受损，而且是T2DM患者心血管疾病发生率和病死率显著升高的重要标志。
